Hi again. I've still been really busy with party preparations. I still have some stuff to do tonight but decided to take a break since I had to nurse baby girl anyway. Sorry to make this so quick, but here's the menu today:
Breakfast (12 pts)
Avocado-bacon-cheddar egg white omelet with light sour cream & salsa and a giant skim milk/fat free cinnamon vanilla latte
Lunch (0 pts)
I got too busy and forgot to eat lunch!
Snack (4 pts)
2 homemade pumpkin spice/cheesecake frosting cake pops that were made for baby girl's party but just didn't make the cut because they were ugly as heck. (Yummy though!)
Snack (3 pts)
1 oz cheddar cheese
Dinner (12 pts)
Oven "fried" chicken (made with fat free saltine crackers for crunch), 1/2 c. roasted garlic & parmesan mashed potatoes and broccoli with cheese.
Dessert (2 pts)

I didn't hit my points target today but I'm close enough and not hungry. There is still so much to be done before bed. Good night all!
