Today did not go as planned, but I did get a lot done so I am happy with it. I didn't end up cooking dinner like I planned, but I did stay within my points so that's ok too. This is is what I ate today:
Breakfast (8 pts)
1/2 c. egg whites, 2 slices center cut bacon, 2 slices Sara Lee Delightful wheat toast with Smart Balance Light and sugar free raspberry preserves, and 2 organic skim milk/sugar free hazelnut lattes.
Lunch (10 pts)
Turkey & reduced fat pepper jack wrap in a whole wheat tortilla with organic salad and spicy Ranch and 1 oz of Hawaiian kettle chips on the side.
Snack (0 pts)
Watermelon chunks
Dinner (10 pts)
California burrito with 2 oz carne asada, potatoes and onions cooked in oil, cheddar cheese, light sour cream and a whole wheat tortilla.
Dessert (8 pts)
A slice of no bake pumpkin spice cheesecake, and it's officially all gone now.
Tonight before bed I'll be making up my dinner menus for the next week or so and I'll buy most of our groceries tomorrow based on that list. Weigh in is tomorrow morning. Wish me luck! After this week I'll need it! Good night...
