Breakfast (7 pts)
The last 2 oz of my shredded verde pork mixed with egg whites & onions in a whole wheat tortilla, and a grande coffee from Starbucks with 1 Tbsp sugar free hazelnut creamer and some Splenda.
Lunch (8 pts)
Leftover chicken tortilla soup with avocados, baked Tostitos, reduced fat pepper jack and cilantro.
Yup, ate it straight out of the styrofoam container. Classy, huh? ;) |
4.85 oz carne asada (yes, I weighed it when I got home), about 1/3 c. refried beans with cheese on them, about 1/3 c. rice, guacamole, pico de gallo and 1 1/2 giant flour tortillas. I did not finish this meal, in case you're thinking it looks like a lot more than what I've typed here. :)
Dessert (10 pts)
A slice of no bake pumpkin spice cheesecake and a glass of organic skim milk
