My latte was much prettier til the steam melted the whipped topping. :) |
1/2 c. egg whites, potato/onions/peppers and 1/2 a serving of soy chorizo scrambled together in 1 tsp canola oil and topped with Mexican blend 2% cheese and homemade salsa, with a whole wheat tortilla on the side and a ginormous, delicious pumpkin spice latte, the recipe for which I stumbled upon online.
Lunch on the run (16 pts)
A 6" personal pan pepperoni pizza from the Taco Bell/Pizza Hut Express drive-thru, with a small diet Pepsi. Not the best choice but it hit the spot and I don't regret it one bit.
Dinner (7 pts)
2 c. lean but hearty turkey-9 veggie-black bean chili (thawed from the deep freezer) with a slice of Sargento reduced fat pepper jack cheese melted on top and 7 Baked Tostitos Scoops for dipping.
And that's my 36 pts. The chili was filling so even though I don't get dessert tonight I don't mind because I wouldn't have room for it anyway. I hate to cut it short but I really do need some sleep. I have another busy day tomorrow and with the hubby on-call and slammed there is a very good chance I'll be on my own again. Good night all! Have a great Friday night!
